Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of delivery for a different size or color of the same style, pending availability. To begin an exchange, please email info@pilosoule.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization with next steps. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact.

If the requested item is unavailable, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment once the return is received and approved.

Pilosoule covers the cost of one exchange shipment per order for customers located in the United States only.
