Return Policy

You may return any item purchased on pilosoule.com within 5 days of delivery by following the instructions below:

Request a Return Label.
Please email info@pilosoule.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return label. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) and prepaid shipping label by email. This authorization is required to process your return.

Prepare Your Return.
Once you’ve received your RA, please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

Ship Your Return.
Please ship your return within 48 hours of receiving your RA and label.

Once your return has reached our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, and a confirmation email will be sent. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pilosoule will generate a label for orders within the United States only. For orders shipped from other regions, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, however we can issue a store credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
